  "text": "In regulation E31,\n(a) in paragraph (3)(c) for “a transfer value has been accepted” there shall be substituted “a transfer value has not been paid”, and\n(b) in paragraph (11) for “an election is made under regulation G8(3) to pay” there shall be inserted “his employer makes an election under regulation G8(3) and pays”.",
