# The Teachers' Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 3: Amendment of Principal Regulations


In regulation A3(1) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) there shall be added the word “or” and after that sub-paragraph there shall be added the following sub-paragraph–
“(c) is employed by an accepted function provider, within the meaning of regulation B3A(1), in the performance of the functions which it performs on behalf of the local education authority.”.
