Regulation 33 Amendment of Principal Regulations

In regulation H1(1) at the end of sub-paragraph (e) there shall be added the word “and” and after that sub-paragraph there shall be added the following sub-paragraph–

“(f)

where he is not now in pensionable employment by virtue of regulation B7,”.
