  "heading": "Amendment of Principal Regulations",
  "text": "For regulation B1(1) there shall be substituted the following–\n“(1) Subject to paragraphs (2) to (5), regulations B3 and B3A and regulations B4 to B7, a person is in pensionable employment while he is in employment–\n(a) (i) in a capacity described in Schedule 2,\n(ii) which satisfies every condition and is not within any exception specified in that Schedule in relation to employment in that capacity, and\n(iii) which is not employment by a function provider, or\n(b) as a teacher in an accepted school, or\n(c) as a teacher employed by an accepted function provider in the performance of the functions which it performs on behalf of the local education authority.”.",
