# The Teachers' Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2001, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These regulations may be cited as the Teachers' Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 31st March 2001.
(2) In these regulations “the Principal Regulations” means the Teachers' Pensions Regulations 1997.
