# The Teachers' Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2001, Regulation 5: Amendment of Principal Regulations


In Schedule 1 the following definition shall be inserted at the appropriate place in alphabetical order—
“
“School Achievement Award”
A payment granted in respect of a school, in recognition of excellence or improvement, under the scheme established by the Secretary of State known as the School Achievement Award Scheme.
