Regulation 8 Amendment of the Teachers’ Pensions Regulations 1997

Paragraph 9 of Schedule 15^f1 shall be amended as follows.

After sub-paragraph (2)(a) insert the following new paragraphs—

“(aa)

the required percentage for the relevant period starting on 1^st April 2000 and ending on 31^st March 2002 shall be 7.4%; and

(ab)

the required percentage for the relevant period starting on 1^st April 2002 and ending on 31^st March 2003 shall be 8.35%; and.”

In sub-paragraph (2)(b) for “2000” substitute “2003”.
