  "text": "(1) Regulation E26 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) At the beginning of paragraph (1)(b) insert “subject to paragraph (1A),”.\n(3) After paragraph (1) insert the following—\n“(1A) Where a person has made an election under regulation B7, paragraph (1)(b) has effect with the substitution for “2 years” of “1 year”.”.",
