  "heading": "Amendment of the Teachers' Pensions Regulations 1997",
  "text": "(1) Schedule 1 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In the definition of “Act” omit “the 1991 Act,”.\n(3) Omit “The 1991 Act” and its definition.\n(4) After the definition of “The 1999 Act” insert the following—\n“\n“The 2002 Act”\nThe Education Act 2002.\n”.\n(5) After the definition of “Admitted service” insert the following—\n“\n“Adoption leave”\nAdoption leave within the meaning of the Paternity and Adoption Leave Regulations 2002.\n”.\n(6) After the definition of “Appropriate rights” after “1999” insert insert “Act”.\n(7) After the definition of “Club scheme” insert the following—\n“\n“COBISEC”\nCouncil of British Independent Schools in the European Communities.\n”.\n“(8) After the definition of “Member” insert the following—\n“Non-profit-making body”\nA body whose constitution (1) requires any surplus income or gains to be invested; (2) prohibits the distribution of the assets of the body, in cash or kind, by way of dividend, bonus or otherwise by way of profit to any member of the body or to a third party (other than for charitable purposes); and (3) provides for any net assets on the dissolution of the body to be applied for charitable purposes or for the purposes for which that body existed prior to its dissolution.\n”.\n(9) After the definition of “Part-time” insert the following—\n“\n“Paternity leave”\nPaternity leave within the meaning of the Paternity and Adoption Leave Regulations 2002.\n”.\n(10) Omit “School Achievement Award” and its definition.",
