Regulation 3 Amendment of the Teachers' Pensions Regulations 1997

Regulation A3 shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph (2) after “under regulation G8(1), G7(1)(c) or G8(5), as the case may be, shall” insert “, subject to the provisions of section 37 of the 2002 Act,”.
