  "text": "(1) Regulation C1 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (1) for “a person to whom the 1991 Act applies” substitute “a person who is a school teacher for the purposes of section 122 of the 2002 Act”.\n(3) In paragraph (1)(a) for “section 2 of the 1991 Act” substitute “section 122 of the 2002 Act”.\n(4) In paragraph (1)(b) after “maternity,” insert “paternity or adoption,”.\n(5) In paragraph (1)(c) after “maternity,” insert “paternity or adoption,”.\n(6) In sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph (5) omit “, other than a payment made in consequence of a School Achievement Award,”.\n(7) In paragraph (7) for “section 2 of the 1991 Act” substitute “section 122 of the 2002 Act”.",
