Regulation 13 Amendment of the Teachers' Pensions Regulations 1997

Regulation E11 shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph (2)(a) after “a surviving spouse” insert “, surviving civil partner”.

(3)

In paragraph (2)(b) after “spouse” (in every case) insert “or civil partner”.

(4)

In paragraph (4) for “refers” substitute “and “civil partner” refer”.
