Regulation 26 Amendment of the Teachers' Pensions Regulations 1997

Regulation E31 shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph (12)(b)(ii) for “E28 (spouses' and nominated beneficiaries' long-term pensions)” substitute “E28 (amount of surviving spouse's, surviving civil partner’s or nominated beneficiary’s long-term pension)”.
