  "text": "(1) Schedule 1 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) After the definition of “Child” insert the following—\n“\n“Civil partnership”\nA civil partnership which exists under or by virtue of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (and any reference to a civil partner is to be read accordingly).\n”.\n(3) In the definition of “Contributions refund period” for “paid” substitute “repaid”.",
