# The Teachers' Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 30: Amendment of the Teachers' Pensions Regulations 1997


(1) Schedule 1 shall be amended as follows.
(2) After the definition of “Child” insert the following—
“
“Civil partnership”
A civil partnership which exists under or by virtue of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (and any reference to a civil partner is to be read accordingly).
”.
(3) In the definition of “Contributions refund period” for “paid” substitute “repaid”.
