  "text": "(1) Regulation B3 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (3)(b) after “accepted school,” omit “and”.\n(3) In paragraph (3)(c) for “(other than the United Kingdom).” substitute “(other than the United Kingdom), and”.\n(4) After paragraph (3)(c) insert the following—\n“(d) the establishment which, when teachers were employed there by the Ministry of Defence, was known as Welbeck, the Defence Sixth Form College.”.",
