# The Teachers’ Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2012, Regulation 13: Amendments to the Teachers’ Pensions Regulations 2010


In Schedule 7 (retirement benefits), in paragraph 4(3)(d), after “the General Teaching Council for Wales(b)”, insert “or the Secretary of State has made, or the General Teaching Council for Wales or the Secretary of State ”.
