  "text": "(1) Schedule 3 (employees’ and employers’ contributions) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).\n(2) Omit paragraph 1;\n(3) In paragraph 2—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1) omit “unless paragraph 3 applies”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (2) —\n(i) omit the words “for the initial contribution period”;\n(ii) for the table substitute—\n“\nTable\nAnnual contributable salary\nRate\nUp to £14,999\n6.4%\n£15,000 to £25,999\n7.0%\n£26,000 to £31,999\n7.9%\n£32,000 to £39,999\n8.8%\n£40,000 to £44,999\n9.2%\n£45,000 to £74,999\n10.1%\n£75,000 to £99,999\n10.6%\n£100,000 and above\n11.2%\n”.\n(c) omit sub-paragraph (3);\n(d) omit paragraph 3;\n(e) in paragraph 4—\n(i) in sub-paragraph (2) omit “for the initial contribution period”; and\n(ii) omit sub-paragraphs (3) to (8);\n(f) omit paragraph 5.",
