  "text": "Education, England And Wales\nMade 25th February 2014\nLaid before Parliament 4th March 2014\nComing into force 1st April 2014\nThe Secretary of State for Education makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9 and 12 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Superannuation Act 1972.\nThe Secretary of State has consulted with the persons referred to in section 9(5) of that Act.\nIn accordance with section 9(1) of that Act, these Regulations are made with the consent of the Treasury.",
