In regulation 11(1)f1, omit “(b) and (c)”.

(2)

For regulation 11(2)f2, substitute—

“(2)

A transfer value shall not be paid pursuant to paragraph (1) in respect of a person who has given written notice to the Secretary of State under regulation 12(5).”.
