  "text": "(1) Part 1 of Schedule 6 (transfer values) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 2, for “10” substitute “10A”.\n(3) After paragraph 10, insert—\n“10A. The Secretary of State may, on the advice of the scheme actuary, adjust a transfer value calculated in accordance with this Part.”.",
