  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in part to correct errors in S.I. 2014/2651 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nPublic Service Pensions, England And Wales\nMade 6th July 2021\nLaid before Parliament 8th July 2021\nComing into force 1st August 2021\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers in sections 9 and 12 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Superannuation Act 1972 (“the 1972 Act”).\nThe Secretary of State also makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers in sections 2 and 3 of, paragraph 4(a) of Schedule 2 to, and Schedule 3 to, the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 (“the 2013 Act”).\nThe Secretary of State has carried out the consultations referred to in section 9(5) of the 1972 Act and section 21(1) of the 2013 Act.\nIn accordance with section 9(1) of the 1972 Act and section 3(5) of the 2013 Act, these Regulations are made with the consent of the Treasury.",
