Regulation 19 Amendment of Schedule 1, Part 2

In Schedule 1, Part 2^f1 (service pensionable without election)—

(a)

in each of paragraphs 11 and 13, after “or”, insert “by”; and

(b)

after paragraph 11 insert the following paragraph—

“11A.

Accepted phased withdrawal member employed by the proprietor of, or by anyone else concerned in the management of, an accepted phased withdrawal school.”.
