# The Teachers’ Pensions (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 4: Amendment of regulation 7


In regulation 7 (employment not pensionable: general), in paragraph (4), after “accepted school”, insert “or an accepted phased withdrawal school”.
