Regulation H13 Amendments to, and modifications of, the Teachers' Superannuation (Consolidation) Regulations 1988

From 1st September 1997 the Teachers' Superannuation (Consolidation) Regulations 1988^f1 shall have effect with the amendments specified in Part I of, and the modifications specified in Part II of, Schedule 16.

The amendments specified in Part I of that Schedule shall not however apply in relation to any person who became entitled to payment of retirement benefits before 1st September 1997 (whether or not he subsequently became entitled to such benefits by virtue of regulation E15 of those Regulations on or after that date).
