Regulation H2 Modified application in certain other cases

In relation to persons who made an election under regulation 4 of the Teachers' Superannuation (Policy Schemes) Regulations 1979^f1 these Regulations have effect with the modifications set out in Part III of Schedule 10.

In relation to persons with admitted service these Regulations have effect with the modifications set out in Part IV of Schedule 10.

In relation to persons with specified country service these Regulations have effect with the modifications set out in Part V of Schedule 10.

In relation to certain persons who were formerly members of the National Health Service Pension Scheme these Regulations have effect with the modifications set out in Part VI of Schedule 10.
