  "text": "In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires—\n“the Act” means the National Insurance Act 1965;\n“non-participating employment” has the meaning assigned to it by section 56(1) of the Act;\n“part-time teacher” means a person who has elected under regulation B1 that his part-time employment is to be pensionable employment;\n“retired teacher” means a person who has ceased to be in pensionable employment and has attained state pensionable age.",
