# The Teachers' Pensions Regulations 1997, Paragraph 11


A part-time teacher to whom paragraph 10 applies is entitled to be paid a sum equal to the balance of his contributions computed as at the date of repayment in accordance with regulation C13 reduced by half the actuarial value of the pension payable to him under paragraph 10.
