# The Teachers' Pensions Regulations 1997, Paragraph 25


(1) For the purposes of paragraph 2 (National Insurance modifications), the person’s policy scheme service is to be treated as service after the end of June 1948.
(2) No reduction in the amount of his retirement pension is to be made under paragraph 5 or 6 in respect of the period of his policy scheme service.
