# The Teachers' Pensions Regulations 1997, Paragraph 13


The revocation of regulation E4(3) and (4) of the 1988 Regulations shall not affect the qualification for retirement benefits of any person who, before the commencement date, qualified for retirement benefits by virtue of the said regulation E4(3) or (4).
