  "text": "Education, England And Wales\nMade 24th March 2010\nLaid before Parliament 1st April 2010\nComing into force 1st September 2010\nThe Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9, 12 and 24 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Superannuation Act 1972 .\nThe Secretary of State has consulted the persons referred to in section 9(5) of that Act.\nIn accordance with sections 9(1) and 24(1) of that Act, these Regulations are made with the consent of the Treasury .",
