  "text": "A transfer value may be accepted under this Section in respect of a person (P) who enters pensionable employment if—\n(a) P makes a written application to the Secretary of State within 12 months from the date on which P enters pensionable employment, and\n(b) P's application is made before P attains the normal pension age.",
