  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Teachers’ Pensions Schemes (Amendment) Regulations 2018.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2018 but have effect as follows—\n(a) The amendments made by regulation 2 have effect from 1st September 2010; and\n(b) The amendments made by regulation 3 have effect from 1st April 2015.",
