  "text": "(1) In regulation 109, the existing text becomes paragraph (1).\n(2) After that paragraph insert—\n“(2) The scheme manager may only make the determination mentioned in paragraph (1)(a) after consideration of a medical report produced no more than 18 months before the date on which P made the ill-health application.”.",
