  "text": "In regulation 2(2)—\n(a) for the definition of “appropriate person” substitute—\n““appropriate person” means—\n(a) in the case of a person employed at a foundation or voluntary aided school or a foundation special school within the meaning of section 20 of the 1998 Act, the local authority;\n(b) in the case of any other employee, the person by whom the employee was employed;”;\n(b) in the definition of “compensating authority”, for “regulation 35” substitute “regulation 33(3);\n(c) in the definition of “deciding authority”, for “regulation 34” substitute “regulation 33(2)”.",
