# The Teachers’ Pensions Schemes (Amendment) Regulations 2019, Regulation 32: Delegation of scheme manager functions


After regulation 2 insert—
“Delegation of scheme manager functions
2A. The scheme manager may delegate any functions exercisable by the scheme manager under these Regulations, including this power to delegate.”.
