Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Teachers' Superannuation (Additional Voluntary Contributions) (Amendment) Regulations 2000.

These Regulations shall come into force on 1st April 2000.

In these Regulations “the Principal Regulations” means the Teachers' Superannuation (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1994^f1.
