# The Teachers' Superannuation (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1989, Regulation 5: Revaluation of guaranteed minimum in certain cases


Regulation H5(3) of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words ““tax year” means the 12 months beginning with 6th April in any year and”.
