These Regulations may be cited as the Teachers' Superannuation (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st December 1994 but regulations 3 to 5 shall have effect as from 1st May 1994.

In these Regulations—

  • “the principal Regulations” means the Teachers' Superannuation (Consolidation) Regulations 1988f1; and

  • “the 1994 Regulations” means the Teachers' Superannuation (Amendment) Regulations 1994f2.
