  "text": "(1) Part I of Schedule 2A to the principal Regulations is amended—\n(a) in paragraph 2(1), by deleting the words “not less than 5 in number”;\n(b) in paragraph 3(2), by inserting after the words “Table 1” the words “or, as the case may be, Table 1A”;
