Regulation 5 Return of contributions by payment of instalments

Regulation 20(8) of the principal Regulations is amended—

(a)

by deleting the word “outstanding”; and

(b)

by inserting after the words “fell due” the words “, then unless within 3 months after that date he pays the amount then outstanding to the Secretary of State in a single payment, adjusted to take account of the premature payment”.
