# The Teachers' Superannuation (Amendment) Regulations 1988, Regulation 7: Death gratuities


Regulation 58 of the principal Regulations is amended by substituting for paragraph (2)(b) the following:
“(b) was immediately before his death credited with not less than 2 years' reckonable service;
and”.
