  "text": "Regulation E25(4) of the principal Regulations is amended–\n(a) by substituting for the words from “who is not” to “have effect” the words “not falling within paragraph (3)”, and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (d), by substituting for the words “, any period falling within paragraph (3)(e)” the words “and a transfer value offered in respect of him was accepted under regulation F5, any period counting as reckonable service by virtue of the receipt of the transfer value”.",
