  "text": "Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations is amended–\n(a) by substituting–\n(i) in paragraphs 1 and 25, for the words “establishment of further education”, and\n(ii) in paragraph 5, for the words “establishment providing further education”,\nthe words “institution providing further education or higher education (or both)”; and\n(b) by adding at the end of paragraph 24 the following:\n“or\nthe National Educational Resources Information Service.”.",
