Regulation 2 Salary on which contributions are payable

Regulation C1(5) of the principal Regulations is amended–

(a)

by deleting the words “of his age, qualifications and experience”; and

(b)

by inserting after the words “that section)” the words “, if the material factors were the same; the only material factors are age, qualifications and experience”.
