  "text": "Regulation E4 of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (7) the following:\n“(7A) If regulation 4(5) of the Teachers (Compensation for Redundancy and Premature Retirement) Regulations 1989 (employer to notify for purposes of those Regulations if requested by governing body) applies, the employer must notify the Secretary of State as mentioned in paragraph (7).”.",
