# The Teachers' Superannuation (Amendment) Regulations 1993, Regulation 10: Avoidance of duplicate pensions


Regulation E9(1) of the principal Regulations is amended by substituting for the words “raised by a rate” the words “by the rates and community charges levied by local authorities”.
