  "text": "Regulation E31(4)(b) of the principal Regulations is amended—\n(a) in paragraph (4)(b), by inserting after the words “on the” the words “day before the”;\n(b) in paragraph (6), by substituting for the words “the date” the words “the day following the one”;\n(c) in paragraph (7)(b), by substituting for the words “last due date” the words “day following the last due date”; and\n(d) in paragraph (8)(a), by deleting the words “the day before”.",
