  "text": "Regulation G5 of the principal Regulations is amended—\n(a) in paragraph (4)(a), by inserting after the word “it” the words “other than of a person who is in the employment of an employment business”; and\n(b) by inserting after paragraph (4) the following:\n“(5) In this Regulation “employment business” has the meaning assigned to it by section 13(3) of the Employment Agencies Act 1973.”.",
