  "text": "Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations is amended—\n(a) in paragraph 4, by inserting after the word “college”, in each place where it occurs, the words “or, as the case may be, a city college for the technology of the arts”;\n(b) by inserting after paragraph 5 the following:\n“5A Teacher in a university established on or after 6th May 1992 which, immediately before it became such, was an institution of higher education described in paragraph 5, whether or not that teacher was a teacher in that institution before it ceased to fall within that description and became a university.”;\n(c) in paragraph 24, by substituting for the words “the Catholic Education Council” the words “the Catholic Education Service”; and\n(d) by inserting after paragraph 25 the following:\n“26 Teacher employed in the British School in the Netherlands.”.",
